Last Updated: August 4, 2026
1. Program Description
The Vulcan365 Customer Support SMS Program is a customer-care messaging program operated by Vulcan365. Customers may use it to ask for support or help, discuss an existing service or support issue, receive troubleshooting guidance, coordinate scheduling, and receive updates or follow-up questions related to their request. This program does not send marketing messages.
2. How to Opt In
To enroll, you must complete and sign the Vulcan365 Written SMS Consent Form provided by a Vulcan365 representative and return the completed form to Vulcan365. You may also consent to receive SMS when requesting support. We will send recurring customer support text messages only after we receive and record your affirmative written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and conversation, and you may receive multiple messages while a support matter is active. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Vulcan365 does not charge a separate fee for participating in this program.
4. Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send a confirmation and then no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again by completing and signing a new Written SMS Consent Form.
5. Help
Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at [email protected] or call 205-725-5510.
