1. Program Description
The Vulcan365 Customer Support SMS Program is a customer-care messaging program operated by Vulcan365. Customers may use it to ask for support or help, discuss an existing service or support issue, receive troubleshooting guidance, coordinate scheduling, and receive updates or follow-up questions related to their request. This program does not send marketing messages.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by initiating a text message to Vulcan365 at 205-725-5510. By sending that message, you consent to receive customer support text messages from Vulcan365 at the mobile number you use, including messages sent using an automated system when applicable. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and conversation, and you may receive multiple messages while a support matter is active. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Vulcan365 does not charge a separate fee for participating in this program.
4. Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send a confirmation and then no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again by replying START.

6. Privacy and Sensitive Information

Delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS support is not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies or time-critical requests. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the program as permitted by law.
